- Are your products food-safe and dishwasher-safe?
- Every piece in the Tableware line is certified food-safe. It is safe for everyday use, dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.
- Is every piece identical?
- Because everything is handmade, there may be small variations in colour and shape. These subtle differences are part of each piece's character and uniqueness.
- Can I place a custom order?
- Yes. We take on custom orders for both professional and private spaces. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
- Do you offer wholesale?
- Yes. Since 1983 our workshop has supplied professionals with wholesale, high-durability handmade ceramics. Contact us for information and a price list.
- How long does an order take?
- Lead time depends on quantity, the type of pieces and the workshop's current workload. Special and large orders usually take from a few weeks up to around two months.
- How should I care for my ceramics?
- Although they are very durable, we recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes and handling them with care for a long life.
- Do you give shops exclusivity?
- Yes. We offer exclusivity in smaller areas; in larger areas, exclusivity can be granted depending on the size of the order.
- Can we visit your workshop?
- Yes. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, and visits are by appointment so we can host you properly.
